Cevap : sqlnet.ora içerisinde aşağıdaki değişikliği yapmanız gerekmektedir

SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= (NTS) yerine, SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= (NONE) yazıldığı zaman bu hata giderilmiş olacaktır.

$ vi sqlnet.ora
SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= (NONE)
